Approach and Methodology
The approach relies on three key factors. 1 Access to fresh and relevant information and data from the supplier, 2 An instant communication source that collects and unfolds information of the supplier and makes it easily available to clients, 3 A dynamic and flexible attitude of the supplier to adapt to changes and unpredictable demands coming as a consequence of clients access to relevant info and data (1), and fast communication source (2). Point 1 and 2 are created by Information and Communication Technology, point 3 is depending on a number of company qualities (i.e. organizational model, structure, corporate culture).
